Managing partner has been a real estate broker since 1996 when he began investing in the Boston real estate market, one of the most dynamic in the country. He opened his first real estate brokerage office in the investment hotbed neighborhood of Allston and has been acquiring and developing investment properties for over 27 years. He acquired Park Realty Associates the next year, an established Boston firm, and immersed himself in the business of rentals, sales and property management. The operation was expanded to California in 2003, where he also became a licensed real estate broker. He founded Genesis Equities LLC in 2009 to expand the potential of doing business in the most auspicious real estate climate in history and beyond with a team oriented approach to wealth building. He manages all operations and supervises nationwide ventures for Genesis Equities. He has financed and developed more than 100 units across the country.
